Yeah, haptic feedback is definitely going to be one of the next fields to explode. Though it'll have to catch on enough for people to start developing games for it (and the price'll have to come down for that). But it'll be really cool when it gets there.

I can see this kind of thing showing up in arcades and maybe shoring up their business in the near future.

Maybe. Arcades seem to be nearly dead now a day. I think it will make it's first appearances in comic-cons and other conventions.
